DS Jitterbug (Bugs) is a powerfully built Jive Magic youngster who just oozes charisma. Most of his training has been done by his owner Lisa Joyce. Lisa purchased Bugs in June 2009 as a 4yo and over the next 3 years Bugs has become confident in shoulder-in, half-pass, canter pirouettes and single flying changes. Bugs has also started piaffe in hand. Training with Bugs has progressed steadily under Lisa’s guidance, however, Bugs has not ever been campaigned seriously as a competition horse. He has nevertheless had a couple of baby outings where he scored over 60%. Bugs has a very sweet nature, however he is a little shy with somebody he doesn’t know. Once he gets to know somebody he just loves carrots and sugar and attention and especially grooming. Bugs is very comfortable in a snaffle or a double bridle and is particularly sound having not ever had any time off work due to lameness or other veterinary issues. Bugs is beautifully bred, for sale through no fault of his own and has had extensive schooling, which makes him ready to go into competition right now.
